[Hiring] EPIC Analyst III @INSPYR Solutions

Role Description

Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational teams to analyze, design, and optimize EPIC system workflows.

• Configure and maintain EPIC Health Information Management - Coding and Abstracting modules to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Provide troubleshooting support and resolve system issues to ensure seamless user experience.
• Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation for staff utilizing EPIC applications.
• Gather and analyze data to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Work with IT and project management teams to implement system upgrades and new functionalities.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data security best practices in system usage.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of EPIC updates and industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in Epic, preferred 7 years.
• Epic Certification - Health Information Management, Coding and Abstracting.
• Prefer recent Healthcare experience and (HM Coding Operational Experience) as this specific application does require some business knowledge.
