[Hiring] Senior Epic Tapestry SME @Chartis

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Epic Tapestry SME to support a configuration audit; recently migrated to Tapestry.

• Contract configuration and reimbursement methodology review
• Contract-to-payment validation (business intent → configuration → claim outcome)
• Epic Pricer and claims adjudication
• Provider configuration and provider directory/data management
• Network, affiliation, specialty, and participation configuration
• Claims, provider, and contract related operational impacts
• Post live optimization and configuration audits
• Medicare Advantage and Commercial health plan experience preferred
• Assess the current Tapestry build, identify configuration risks, validate alignment with business requirements, and help develop remediation recommendations
• This is more of an audit and optimization role than a build role

Hourly range: $80-$110. This role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Tapestry
• Strong understanding of contract configuration and reimbursement methodologies
• Ability to validate contract-to-payment processes
• Knowledge of claims adjudication processes
• Experience with provider configuration and data management
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and Commercial health plans
