[Hiring] DocuSign Support Specialist @Agile Tech Labs

Role Description

• Provide hands-on administration and support for the DocuSign platform.
• Configure DocuSign templates, workflows, routing rules, and bulk sending.
• Support DocuSign integrations with Malbek, Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain API integrations using DocuSign REST APIs and SDKs.
• Support SSO, authentication, audit trails, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide day-to-day operational support.
• Monitor SLAs, incidents, KPIs, and lead root-cause analysis.
• Support automation using Microsoft Power Automate, RPA, and Python.
• Work with business stakeholders, architecture teams, vendors, and global teams.
• Support application upgrades, enhancements, risk management, and lifecycle activities.
• Serve as a technical SME and escalation point for DocuSign-related issues.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with enterprise application support and delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with DocuSign administration and workflow design.
• Experience with DocuSign APIs/SDKs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience integrating DocuSign with Malbek, Salesforce, Workday, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management, incident, problem, and release management.
• Experience with Power Automate, RPA, or Python is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with vendors, global teams, and enterprise projects.
