[Hiring] Digital Field Consultant @Shift Digital

Role Description

As a Digital Field Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to OEM Regional Marketing Managers (RMMs), helping dealerships maximize the value of digital programs and technology solutions. In this role, you'll work directly with dealers, OEM stakeholders, and internal teams to identify opportunities, improve performance, and drive adoption of digital tools that support dealership growth. You'll combine consulting, analytics, relationship management, and strategic problem-solving to deliver measurable results across websites, digital advertising, reputation management, eCommerce, and emerging technologies. This is a temporary contract position with an anticipated duration of 12-18 months. Continuation beyond this timeframe is not guaranteed and will be based on business needs.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Dealers & OEM Stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor to dealerships and OEM field teams.
  • Lead dealer consultations, performance reviews, and business discussions.
  • Develop customized recommendations to improve dealership performance and program participation.
  • Support implementation efforts and monitor ongoing success.
• Analyze Performance & Drive Results
  • Review dealer, regional, and national performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities related to sales, service retention, customer engagement, digital marketing, and website performance.
  • Translate data and insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to dealer and OEM stakeholders.
• Collaborate & Influence
  • Partner with OEM field teams and internal stakeholders to support program goals.
  • Share best practices, trends, and success stories across teams.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, scorecards, and performance updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail, consulting, account management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/French) required.

Travel

• Fully remote position
