Role Description

The Application Attachment Assistant supports the filing and completeness checks that help the reviewer see the full submission. You would match attachments using the details supplied, note what is missing, and ensure a file is linked to the intended application under the employer’s instructions.

• An application may arrive through an online form while a required document follows in a separate message.
• Tasks include:
  • Checking whether a file is present and connected to the correct record.
  • Asking for direction if a name, reference, or address does not match.
  • Opening assigned messages, reviewing identifying information, and locating existing applications.
  • Attaching documents or flagging mismatches.
  • Updating the status for the next reviewer.
• Maintaining version history and following employer procedures for identifying current documents.
• Ensuring that generic filenames do not lead to misidentification of applications.
• Handling pending items until the correct attachment is linked or authorized direction is given.

Qualifications

• Good written customer service skills.
• Basic browser and online filing confidence.
• Careful comparison of names and respect for private information.
• Prior customer service, office administration, or application processing experience is welcome but not necessary.
• Ability to learn the employer’s submission system and filing rules.

Requirements

• A private home office or suitable setting for remote work.
• Experience in organizing attachments, checking submissions, or tracking missing paperwork is beneficial.
• No particular applicant database is required at the start.
