Role Description

As a CRM Admin Support, you will be responsible for managing key systems and dashboards, supporting internal teams, and ensuring accurate client data management. You will work closely with sales and customer support teams to verify client details and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor assigned systems and dashboards
• Provide system administration and support, particularly related to user registrations and deposits
• Coordinate with sales and customer support teams to verify client information
• Implement sales team requirements within CRM systems
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in an international and remote company
• Proficiency in CRM systems and implementing team requirements within them
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets
• Experience working directly with sales teams and supporting operational processes
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• High work ethic, ability to handle pressure, and capability to work independently
