Seeking a Senior ITSM Process Governance Consultant to standardize and monitor ticketing processes across 20 ski resorts using TeamDynamix.
Qualifications
- ITSM, Ticketing Operations & Service Desk Governance
- TeamDynamix β strongly preferred
- ITIL, Incident/Request Management & SLA Compliance
- Ticket Workflow Standardization & Process Governance
- Ticket Data Analysis, Reporting & Dashboards
- Backlog, Escalation & Performance Monitoring
- PMO, Stakeholder Management & Executive Reporting
- Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Requirements
- Assess ticketing workflows and governance gaps across resorts
- Establish standards for ticket routing, prioritization, escalation, and closure
- Monitor ticket quality, SLA compliance, aging, and backlog
- Develop operational reports and dashboards
- Drive process compliance and stakeholder feedback
- Recommend improvements for centralization and outsourcing
