Role Description

Seeking an Endpoint Analyst to provide IT support, troubleshooting, endpoint administration, and customer service for global internal users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT experience
• Windows & Mac OS administration
• Desktop/application troubleshooting
• Active Directory, Office 365
• Account management, ticketing, and IT service requests
• Software installation, maintenance, and upgrades
• Strong customer service and communication
• Ability to prioritize and resolve issues independently
• Flexible schedule/on-call support

Requirements

• Microsoft SCCM
• JAMF
• MCP or ITIL certification

Responsibilities

• Resolve helpdesk and endpoint issues
• Support Windows/Mac systems and applications
• Manage service requests, accounts, and troubleshooting
• Document resolutions and maintain SOPs
• Escalate critical issues and support global IT initiatives
