[Hiring] Corporate Development Manager @Wilcox Berry

Role Description

Fast growing PE-backed home services platform is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to evaluate and execute acquisitions of owner-operated service businesses as part of the firm's regional roll-up strategy.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• The ability to manage multiple live deals and workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience in small or lower-middle-market M&A (preferred).
• Familiarity with field/home services or recurring-revenue business models (preferred).

This role is remote but requires the candidate to be based in Northern California, and reports directly to the VP of Partnerships.
