[Hiring] Contract Operations Associate @Elation Health

Role Description

We are looking for a Contract Operations Associate to join our Business Systems Team on a contract basis and own a share of these reviews. You'll work from clear checklists and procedures, use AI-assisted review tools, and partner closely with the specialists who own this process. This is a great fit for someone early in their career who is detail oriented, enjoys getting things exactly right, and wants hands-on exposure to how a SaaS company runs its revenue operations.

What You'll Do

• Contract Review & Verification
  • Own a daily review queue of signed deals awaiting final approval.
  • Confirm the signed order form is complete.
  • Check that key dates line up across the order form, the Salesforce opportunity, and the quote.
  • Reconcile the quote against the order form line by line.
  • Verify approvals and required data.
  • Correct routine issues directly in Salesforce.
  • Confirm downstream handoffs fired after approval.
• Partnering with Sales & Customer Success on Corrections
  • Return deals that need fixing to the account executive or customer success manager.
  • Follow corrections through to completion.
  • Prioritize with deal owners during busy periods.
  • Spot repeat issues by rep, team, or deal type and share them with the team.
• Resolving Open Questions with Stakeholders
  • Bring questions to the right person with full context.
  • Escalate anything outside the checklist.
  • Track every open question until it's resolved.
  • Capture the answer once a question is settled.
• Tools, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
  • Run AI-assisted review tools first on each deal.
  • Log issues and root causes in our ticketing system.
  • Flag gaps or confusing steps in our procedures.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail: you notice when two documents don't match.
• Process discipline: comfortable following a checklist exactly.
• Clear, proactive communication: you ask questions early and write concise notes.
• Collaborative and tactful: comfortable telling a sales rep or customer success manager their paperwork needs a fix.
• Follow-through: you keep track of open items and nudge politely until they're resolved.
• Sound judgment about your limits: recognize when something is unusual and escalate.
• Eagerness to learn: open to feedback and quick to pick up new systems and terminology.
• Comfort with AI tools: willing to use AI-assisted tools as part of daily work.

Requirements

• Exposure to Salesforce or another CRM.
• Familiarity with contracts, order forms, invoicing, or billing.
• Prior experience in an operations, finance, or administrative role, or in a SaaS environment.
• Coursework or interest in business, finance, accounting, or operations.
• No prior Salesforce or revenue operations experience is required; we'll train you on our systems and procedures.

• Reports to: Senior Director, Technical operations with day-to-day direction from the team's AI Operations Specialist.
