Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Compliance Manager to lead and expand the compliance department within a fast-paced iGaming environment. This role is pivotal in maintaining licensing agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing payment structures for the group's brands, including online casinos and white-label operations. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance standards across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee compliance with licensing requirements in offshore jurisdictions (e.g., Curacao, Kahnawake, Anjouan).
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Act as the central point of contact for regulatory authorities, audits, and legal compliance matters.
- Manage and maintain licensing requirements for owned brands and supported white-label partners.
- Conduct due diligence and risk management for new payment service providers (PSPs) and banks.
- Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and oversee the configuration of anti-fraud tools.
- Provide expert advice on licensing, payment agreements, customer terms, and affiliate contracts.
- Lead initiatives to apply for new gaming licenses and maintain existing licenses.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, reconciliation, and product teams) to ensure compliance alignment.
Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of offshore licensing frameworks and AML regulations.
- Experience working with PSPs, banking agreements, and onboarding processes.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.
