Role Description
This role supports our Emergency Medical Record (ICCA) and Care Management Software used in A&E & ICU departments.
- Act as 1st line support by qualifying customer calls
- Find a technical resolution to application problems (including writing scripts & queries)
- Escalate issues to 2nd/3rd line when needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular & timely communication
- Prioritize calls and tasks effectively
- Provide product training
- Provide quality documentation & reporting
- Share subject matter knowledge

Qualifications
- Technical background with experience providing Application/Software Support ideally to the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, medical informatics, or other equivalent

Technical skills include:
- Windows Server
- SQL Server 2012+ including the ability to run queries
- Networking
- Ideally, HL7, FHIR and an understanding of Clinical/Hospital Patient Workflow

Soft skills include:
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Reliability, commitment, and a confident demeanour
- Strong cross-departmental teamwork abilities
- Fluency in Spanish & English
