Role Description

Join us as we transform immunology and deliver medicines that help autoimmune patients get their lives back. The FB102 Lead is accountable for the commercial development and launch preparations for FB102, a first-in-class anti-CD122 (IL-2RΞ²) monoclonal antibody originally developed by Forte Biosciences and acquired by argenx in 2026. It is aimed to be a portfolio in a product with potential in multiple indications such as vitiligo, celiac disease, and alopecia.

In this senior leadership role, you will be a key member on the Global FB102 Asset team. You will collaborate across all domains of expertise, geographies, and business units to create and deliver integrated strategic plans to optimize the value of our FB102 asset. You will serve as the commercial voice on the asset team and set commercial strategy for the asset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Commercial Asset Lead for FB102 and its related projects.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the FB102 Asset Team specific to life cycle management, product strategy, and FB102 activities.
  • Collaborate with key global stakeholders including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Clinical Science, CMC, Global Regulatory, Business Development, and Scientific Communications.
  • Work closely with the FB102 Asset Clinical Development team to ensure strategic alignment of clinical development and manufacturing plans.
  • Mobilize the organization to ensure regional launch readiness and implementation of various global launch and/or pre-launch activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with regional General Managers to gather and address unique market needs and insights.
  • Ensure proper staffing of the FB102 commercial team and key sub-teams including the FB102 global marketing and commercial new product planning team.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge and proven track record in setting strategy and launching therapeutic innovation in major pharmaceutical markets.
  • Demonstrated track record in successfully growing commercial franchises, preferably in Celiac/Gastroenterology, Allergy, and/or Dermatology.
  • US launch and global experience a plus.
  • Significant contributions to successful strategic portfolio development across commercial, clinical development, and innovation.
  • Strong external network with a deep understanding of Healthcare Policy management.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex projects with ambitious milestones in high-pressure circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, good judgment, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • A sense of urgency inspired by science and exceptional patient focus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of pioneering/setting new dimensions based on innovation.

Requirements

  • An advanced degree in business, biological sciences, or medicine is valued.
  • 15 years of experience in marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Experience managing external agency partners and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organization skills.
  • Agility and proven ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work.
  • Preferred therapeutic expertise in Celiac/Gastroenterology, Allergy, or Dermatology.
  • Travel: approximately 30%.
