Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead Consultant to drive the people side of Oracle Cloud transformations. This consultant will partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, functional teams, and project leadership to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions through effective change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organizational readiness, and business transformation.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience leading organizational change for enterprise technology implementations, with the ability to:

• Diagnose organizational challenges
• Align leadership around strategic objectives
• Establish governance models
• Build sustainable operating models that enable long-term success

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Organizational Change Management initiatives
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, CX, or enterprise SaaS implementations
• Strong executive facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience developing communication, training, and adoption strategies
• Expertise in organizational assessments and change impact analysis
• Experience creating governance structures and operating models
• Strong business process improvement experience
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
