Role Description

The Change and Enablement Lead will be responsible for:

• Creating Quick Reference Guides, role-based process guidance, Train-the-Trainer sessions, and transition support.
• Designing comprehensive ServiceNow architectures that align platform capabilities with customer priorities in the high technology domain while ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Driving end-to-end ServiceNow AIOps implementations to enable proactive issue detection, automated remediation, and continuous optimization of technology operations.
• Architecting ServiceNow AI Platform solutions that orchestrate data models, workflows, and policies to deliver consistent AI-driven insights across enterprise services.
• Configuring and guiding the implementation of ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities to provide unified visibility, decision support, and governance for complex digital operations.
• Coordinating with product owners, architects, and engineering partners to translate strategic requirements into detailed ServiceNow design specifications for AIOps and AI solutions.
• Optimizing data ingestion, event correlation, and signal processing within ServiceNow AIOps to improve noise reduction, root cause accuracy, and time to resolution.
• Defining non-functional requirements including performance, security, and availability to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet enterprise-grade expectations in high technology environments.
• Reviewing solution designs, configurations, and integrations to confirm adherence to reference architecture standards and to reduce technical debt across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Developing migration and upgrade strategies to move existing workloads and legacy capabilities into ServiceNow AIOps, AI Platform, and AI Control Tower modules with minimal disruption.
• Collaborating with operations teams to establish monitoring, alerting, and observability patterns using ServiceNow capabilities that support reliable day-to-day platform operations.
• Guiding the adoption of AI-driven workflows and virtual agents within ServiceNow to improve user experience, reduce manual effort, and create measurable productivity benefits.
• Documenting architecture decisions, patterns, and reusable components to enable consistent delivery quality across multiple ServiceNow projects and customer engagements.
• Mentoring implementation teams on ServiceNow best practices for configuration, scripting, integration, and testing to improve delivery quality and maintainability.
• Aligning ServiceNow AI and AIOps solutions with organizational sustainability and efficiency goals by reducing outages, improving resource utilization, and enabling faster innovation.
• Engaging with customer stakeholders in the high technology sector to understand industry-specific needs and ensure ServiceNow designs support relevant regulatory and business expectations.

Qualifications

• 13 Years of Experience.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for IT Operations Management or equivalent advanced ServiceNow credentials.
• ServiceNow change, enablement, and adoption experience.
• Role-based process and training-material development.
• Train-the-Trainer delivery.
• Operational-transition and knowledge-transfer support.
