We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping our clients successfully navigate complex organizational transformations, particularly within the technology sector. You will be responsible for leading and managing high-impact OCM initiatives, including:

• Developing effective adoption strategies and communication plans
• Identifying and mitigating resistance to change
• Collaborating with business leaders
• Mentoring team members
• Contributing to business development efforts
• Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality OCM solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably technology consulting
• Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Experience designing and delivering training programs
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG)

Requirements

• Master's degree in Organizational Change Management or related field (optional)
• Process design expertise (optional)
• Experience with digital communication and training tools (optional)
• Technical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.) (optional)

Benefits

• Compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $134,160 to $254,880 based on a full-time schedule
• Different applicable compensation ranges for specific work locations:
• California: $147,600 to $305,880
• Colorado: $134,160 to $254,880
• New York City: $161,040 to $305,880
• Washington: $147,600 to $280,320
• Washington DC: $147,600 to $280,320
• Eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance

• Participation in a sales commission plan for sales commission eligible roles
