[Hiring] Calypso Back Office/Post-Trade Business Analyst @Luxoft

Role Description

NASDAQ is seeking two remote Calypso Back Office/Post-Trade Business Analysts to support multiple U.S. client engagements from November 2, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The positions include one Mid-Level (3-7 years experience) and one Senior (7+ years experience) resource. Candidates based in Latin America are preferred, with U.S.-based consultants considered as a secondary option. Candidate submissions are due by October 8, 2026.

Selected consultants will act as experienced Calypso implementation consultants supporting Nasdaq professional services projects. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting Calypso implementations, optimizations, and post-go-live activities.
• Performing Back Office and Post-Trade business analysis.
• Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Supporting configuration, testing, issue analysis, and implementation activities in Calypso.
• Producing project documentation and deliverables.
• Collaborating with Nasdaq project teams and client stakeholders.
• Applying relevant Calypso expertise across Collateral Management, Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, Treasury, Hedge Accounting, Clearing, Foreign Exchange Derivatives, and Interest Rate Derivatives.
• Supporting changing project priorities throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clients in the United States.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Collateral Management, Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, Treasury, Hedge Accounting, Clearing, Foreign Exchange Derivatives, or Interest Rate Derivatives.
• Latin America-based candidates.
• Nasdaq certification.

Requirements

• English language proficiency.
• Calypso implementation experience.
• Back Office/Post-Trade Business Analyst experience.
• Experience supporting Calypso configuration, testing, documentation, and delivery activities.
• Ability to support multiple client projects and changing priorities.
• Either 3-7 years or 7+ years of relevant experience, depending on the proposed position.
