To scale this vision, we’re opening up a high-impact commission-based Channel Partnerships Manager role for someone who wants to build, own, and monetise strategic partnerships - without income ceilings or bureaucratic drag. This is not a support role; this is a growth ownership role.

What You’ll Own

• Channel Strategy & Partner Growth
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners such as:
    • Recruitment agencies and independent recruiters
    • Talent communities, professional networks, and accelerators
    • Startups looking to scale and enterprises that are serious about Talent Acquisition done the right way.
  • Design partnership models that create recurring value for both sides.
• Revenue Creation Through Relationships
  • Activate partners into revenue-generating contributors on the platform.
  • Drive deal flow, platform adoption, and long-term partner engagement.
  • Build trust-based relationships that convert into repeat business.
• Autonomy & Leverage
  • Operate with full ownership over your pipeline and partnerships.
  • Shape how People Curated shows up in new markets and ecosystems.
  • Turn early traction into scalable, repeatable growth loops.
