Role Description

In this role, you will play a key part in driving the customer experience transformation by enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in commercial processes. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies, automation, AI, and data analytics to support the evolution of our commercial business processes.

• Sales orders automation
• Intelligent selling models
• Advanced CRM tools
• Other commercial technologies

Providing support, guidance, and training to users across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering (Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Data Science).
• 1-3 years of experience in IT or data science, with hands-on experience in data management, advanced analytics, and machine learning.
• Proficient in Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python is a plus.
