Role Description

On behalf of our Client, a global consulting company which is building their new SAP implementation teams in Poland, we are looking for SAP FICO Principal and Senior Consultants, who will work on process and configuration consulting for Finance Transformation (R2R) within SAP FI/CO and SAP Central Finance.

In the role of a Principal Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will:

• Anchor the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment.
• Be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution.
• Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
• Act as a thought leader in your domain and be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews.
• Anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building.
• Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Qualifications

• 7-20 years of experience with expertise in Finance & Controlling and SAP Central Finance.
• Implementation experience in SAP projects including in-depth customizing and process skills in SAP FI CO.
• Good understanding of the integration of Finance with other SAP modules.
• Experience in strategy consulting and designing solutions for Finance management is a huge additional asset.

Requirements

• Full life cycle implementation cycle with Blueprinting, fit gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, cutovers, and go-live experience.
• Experience in working with Business Leads in developing Central Finance strategy, driving business workshops, identifying gaps, finalizing requirements, and designing solutions.
• Innovative ideas which will provide value to the customer.
• Experience in developing functional recommendations including process changes.
• Good knowledge of best practices, common technical issues & approaches.
• Experience in owning the project deliverables.
• At least two SAP Central Finance Implementations.
• Experience with Consolidation, Reporting, and Reconciliation aspects for Balances and transactions.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance or relevant SAP certifications will be an additional advantage.
• Very good communication skills.
