Role Description

We are seeking experienced Business Operations Experts to contribute to an AI training project by designing realistic, multi-step operational tasks with objective grading criteria. The role involves transforming real-world business workflows into structured benchmark tasks that evaluate AI systems' reasoning, accuracy, and practical decision-making. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Design multi-step tasks based on real business operations, including reporting, process design, and workflow management.
• Develop clear instructions and objective grading criteria to ensure consistent evaluation.
• Create tasks that require operational judgment, analytical thinking, and accurate interpretation of reference materials.
• Prepare supporting materials, including spreadsheets, system exports, process documentation, and operational reports.
• Identify ambiguous or ungradable tasks and refine them before submission.
• Deliver high-quality, approved tasks within project deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in business operations, operations reporting, process design, or workflow management.
• Experience developing or applying structured standards, including SOPs, QA checklists, process documentation, service-level definitions, or training assessments.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze information across multiple documents.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency (B2 minimum; C1 preferred).
• Experience with AI or LLM evaluation is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Engagement: Project-based, with payment per approved task.
• Compensation: Up to $90/hour equivalent.
• Estimated Time: Approximately 10 hours per task.
• Work Mode: Fully remote, with no geographic restrictions.
• Language Requirement: B2-level English minimum; C1 preferred.
