Role Description

The Class Consulting Group is looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven teams.

• Assisting in developing strategic and operation plans by identifying short term and long term priorities.
• Responsible for the management and support of a web-based LMS system.
• Uploads, manages & tracks course materials, participants course completion records.
• Responds to all LMS work requests and all inquiries regarding training records/reports.
• Ensure that all end users' issues are resolved, including transcript issues, account requests, and system functionality issues.
• Knowledgeable and able to perform installation, configuration, upgrading, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Act as the technical lead on all LMS matters.
• Interface with the LMS vendor on a continuous basis to resolve any outstanding product issues.

Qualifications

• MBA HR with 8+ years of experience.
• Prior experience working with non-profit organizations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Familiar with Learning Management tools.
• Client/stakeholder relationship management.
• Positive attitude and commitment to projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of commitment for the unpaid / pro-bono position.
• Attend Weekly Meetings: 2 in-person and 2 conference calls.
• Time: Minimum 5 hours per week [excluding meeting time].
