[Hiring] Associate - Service Delivery @Emeritus

Role Description

The Associate – Service Delivery supports a smooth, high-quality learning experience for students across our programs. The role works with cross-functional teams in India, including Design, Marketing, Services Delivery, and Admissions, to coordinate program operations and resolve service-related needs. The role also supports LMS operations and consistent services delivery across assigned programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and maintain collaborations and partnerships with departments, researchers, programmers, and external resources, including industry leaders and professional organizations, to build and leverage expertise and resources.
• Research, compile, prepare, and analyze data and documents in support of the specialized focus area.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to identify and improve program services delivery processes.
• Identify the needs and concerns of users for assigned programs, determine potential solutions, and resolve or redirect issues appropriately.
• Handle sensitive issues and facilitate collaboration at the highest level.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts to enhance workflow and work quality.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating its operational use and resolving or routing service-related issues.
• Oversee services delivery for assigned programs, coordinating with internal teams to support smooth and consistent operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a fully accredited university required.
• Master’s degree in any specialization preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working within a virtual team.
• Flexibility in working hours to coordinate with a global team.
• At least three years of experience attending or working directly with business schools in India or the APAC region.
• Experience in EdTech and/or higher education preferred.
