[Hiring] Associate Consultant @Veeva Systems

Role Description

Veeva’s Consultant Development Program (CDP) is an accelerated pathway that transforms early-career professionals into high-impact consultants who deliver cloud and AI solutions, helping global Life Sciences companies bring life-changing therapies to patients.

You’ll work hands-on with innovative technology, collaborating directly with internal teams and external customers, optimizing their software to solve complex business challenges. In this role, you’ll master our industry-leading cloud platforms and work with cutting-edge AI solutions to transform how life sciences companies operate. Empowered from day one by a team-first culture, you will accelerate your career growth as a technical consultant who thrives in an environment where we work hard for our customers and each other.

• Now hiring for our April 2027 and September 2027 start dates.

The Program

• Ramp up quickly: Your journey begins with an intensive, team-based onboarding program that combines hands-on learning, transparent feedback, and active collaboration to develop the consulting skills and industry knowledge to make an impact right away.
• Learn by doing: You won't be watching from the sidelines. You will take on real responsibility and work directly with customers to solve problems within your first three months.
• Thrive together: Grow alongside a supportive team of seasoned leaders and peers who actively champion your development through open communication and actionable feedback.
• Build your future: Advance from Associate to Consultant in less than 2 years. More importantly, you’ll develop the foundation for a successful, long-term career where you can continually expand your technical expertise, lead complex projects, and evolve with our global and diverse team.

What You'll Do

As part of our Managed Services team, you aren't just taking orders; you are a long-term strategic partner. We will teach you how our software works, and you will use that knowledge to solve daily puzzles for our customers. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Tailoring the software: You will configure our platform to fit exactly what the customer needs—whether that is turning on new features, organizing their information, or adapting the system to match how their business operates.
• Testing & problem solving: Before new features are released to a customer's entire company, you will help them test those ideas safely to ensure everything works accurately and efficiently.
• Managing the deliverables: You will take ownership of customer requests by figuring out exactly what needs to be done, estimating how long it will take, and keeping the project on track from start to finish.
• Becoming a trusted advisor: You will ensure changes are made the right way and actively advise customers on how they can get the most value out of our technology over time.

Qualifications

• Drive: You thrive in a challenging, intense environment that rewards initiative and rapid learning.
• Curiosity: You have a genuine desire to be hands-on with software and master new technologies.
• Communication: You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical Mindset: You are a strong critical thinker with a proven track record of academic performance (in any degree/field of study).
• Integrity: Veeva is a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) and a “do the right thing” company and we expect that from all employees.
• Work Ethic: A commitment to excellence and passion for working hard to achieve results.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20-30% of the time).
• Experience: Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree graduate.

• Apply: Submit your resume, a short cover letter, and take a quick personality test.
• Fast Response: We will notify you of your next step typically within one week.
• Interview & Case: Interview with a Veeva leader. If successful, we will give you a real-world scenario (with 3 days to prepare) to present to our team.
