Role Description

As an Area Manager – Contracting, you will lead and develop a team of Contracting Managers, driving the execution of regional commercial strategies and ensuring the achievement of key business objectives across your assigned area. This is a highly strategic leadership role focused on:

• Strengthening hotel partnerships
• Maximizing commercial performance
• Delivering sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making

Working closely with Regional Management and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our sourcing strategy and ensuring operational excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline
• Significant experience in commercial, contracting, sourcing, or hotel partnership roles
• Proven experience managing and developing teams
• Strong background in hotel contracting, negotiation, and supplier relationship management
• Deep understanding of hotel distribution, revenue management, and travel industry dynamics
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and driving business growth
• Fluent English required; additional languages are highly valued
