[Hiring] Application Support Lead @Outsource SA Solutions

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Lead to oversee, stabilize, and maintain mission-critical post-trade applications for a top-tier Corporate and Investment Banking client. You will take operational ownership of production systems, manage major incidents, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, and ensure high availability across core post-trade environments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the application support function.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point.
• Ensure compliance with strict banking governance, audit, risk, and ITIL frameworks.
• Drive rapid resolution of major production incidents.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to ensure system stability.
• Monitor system performance.
• Maintain runbooks/disaster recovery procedures.
• Oversee production changes and post-release validation.

Qualifications

• Oracle 19c: Advanced SQL and PL/SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, packages, performance tuning).
• Linux Shell Scripting: Hands-on experience writing and maintaining automated batch processing scripts.
• Oracle Forms & Reports: Experience supporting and troubleshooting legacy Oracle applications.
• Control-M: In-depth knowledge of workload automation, job control, and batch monitoring.
• Domain Experience: 5+ years leading support teams in high-pressure banking/capital markets IT environments.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong background in FX trading lifecycles and post-trade processing (confirmations, settlements, reconciliations).
