Role Description

We are engaging Altium Designer Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within Altium Designer. You'll use your hands-on PCB design experience to complete realistic workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

• Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Altium Designer using practical PCB design experience.
• Navigate Altium Designer features related to schematic design, PCB layout, component placement, routing, and design validation.
• Create, edit, review, and validate PCB designs and schematics based on provided workflow instructions.
• Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
• Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
• Document workflow steps and clearly explain the Altium Designer tools, features, and design decisions used.
• Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
• Work independently while following project instructions and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience using Altium Designer in professional or project-based environments.
• Experience with PCB design, schematic capture, layout, routing, and design validation.
• Prior experience with AI data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar Human Data projects is a plus.
• Current access to Altium Designer and the ability to use the application independently.
• Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing assigned workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain technical workflows and design decisions.
