[Hiring] Agency Recruitment Consultant @Capture Outsourcing

Role Description

This is a delivery focused position. You will own candidate generation, delivering screened, high-quality longlists so the UK consultants can focus on client relationships and closing deals.

You’ll work on live, fee-paying vacancies across procurement, commercial and built environment disciplines, with scope to cross-train into other white-collar sectors such as finance.

• Run the full delivery recruitment process: sourcing, screening and shortlisting against live briefs
• Build and maintain longlists for procurement, purchasing, supply chain and logistics roles
• Support commercial built environment vacancies (e.g. Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers)
• Source passive and active candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Conduct screening calls covering suitability, availability and salary expectations
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date on the client’s ATS/CRM
• Work closely with UK consultants to understand requirements and refine search criteria
• Flex into adjacent white-collar sectors (e.g. finance) as needs shift

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years experience in a delivery, research or candidate-generation role within UK Recruitment
• 3 - 5 years of recruiting within the relevant sectors - procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics or built environment commercial roles
• Strong understanding of the UK Recruitment market
• Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter skills
• A confident, professional telephone manner
• Highly organised, deadline-driven and comfortable working independently and remotely
• A reliable home-office set-up with strong, stable internet (own equipment is preferred but not a main requirement)

Benefits

• Salary: R25 000.00 - R31 500.00 p/month (gross - before deductions)
• Commission structure: will be provided and discussed during interview stage
