[Hiring] Rare Blood Disorder - CABLIVI Institutional Account Director @Sanofi

Role Description

Sanofi is rapidly building momentum with the execution of its Rare Blood Disorders strategy, focusing on acquired thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (aTTP) and CABLIVI (caplacizumab-yhdp). The CABLIVI Institutional Account Director (IAD) acts as the designated point of contact representing Sanofi to optimize access and pull through at high potential hospitals and health system/IDN accounts.

• Serve evolving customer needs with a coordinated approach to achieve key goals at both brand and above-brand levels.
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Patient Support Services, and Market Access).
• Support regional pull through, partnership/relationship building, operational excellence, business analytics, and strategic insight/input.
• Report directly to the Director of IAD.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of institutional account management experience.
• Consultative mindset enabling effective and creative problem solving.
• Outstanding communicator and presenter with strong negotiating skills.
• Extremely organized, dependable, and self-motivated.

Requirements

• Significant experience with institutional sales through a total account approach mindset.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned customer accounts, including strategic goals and unique challenges.
• Support clinical advocacy and develop strategies for access coverage.
• Integrate understanding of customer business segmentation into product objective planning.
• Develop deep understanding of product access processes at institutional accounts.
• Develop and deepen strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Support pull-through of CABLIVI at targeted Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN).
• Create clear messages for dissemination to cross-functional matrix field teams.
• Maintain open & transparent communication throughout the company.
