• The Senior Account Director is a key role within Client Services.
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth, strategic delivery of multiple projects while deepening client partnerships and driving growth.
• Work closely with both client and internal teams to keep delivery teams on track, proactively solving issues and keeping momentum high.
• Build strong, senior-level relationships across the client’s organisation, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.
• Have full visibility of the client’s annual budget and navigate commercial conversations confidently.
• Lead with perspective: understand the client’s world and ensure every interaction adds value to the relationship.
