Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Account Director who combines a passion for marketing with the confidence to lead. This role is pivotal to the success and health of our client partnerships. You’ll take ownership of one or more major accounts, driving excellence in client management, team leadership, and delivery.

• Build strong relationships with clients, providing advice on marketing strategy and recommending solutions to business challenges.
• Deliver head-turning, results-driven campaigns for your accounts.
• Accountable for an annual revenue target of $3M, ensuring accounts are profitable and positioned for growth.
• Continually deepen understanding of marketing best practices and clients’ industries.

Qualifications

• Deep experience leading integrated marketing programs.
• Strong knowledge of brand and ABM programs.
• 5+ years of previous agency experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing senior client and partner relationships.
• Proven ability to direct marketing programs based on business objectives.
• Commercial acumen with experience in forecasting and financial management.
• Familiarity with account management tools and processes.
• Proficient with core business tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

• Deliver compelling quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Represent client’s business, brand, strategy, and objectives within the internal team.
• Partner closely with the delivery lead to oversee multiple complex programs.
• Maintain a focus on outcomes and campaign results.
• Critically review and refine strategic, conceptual, and creative outputs.
• Collaborate seamlessly across global clients and teams.
• Take full ownership for converting opportunities that are right for the client.
• Lead forecasting across accounts and ensure revenue projections are accurate.
• Contribute to overall growth targets and commercial reviews.
• Develop a deep understanding of client’s business and industry.
• Provide recommendations for marketing solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Own and lead the development of account plans and growth strategies.
• Expand and deepen client contact networks.
• Play a central role in pitches and RFPs.
• Set the standard for best practice account management.
• Coach and develop talent, providing ongoing feedback and guidance.
• Create a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Lead career development planning for your team.
• Ensure new hires are onboarded with confidence.
• Manage, inspire, and motivate direct reports.
