Role Description

We are searching for an experienced and ambitious Key Account Management Lead to build and lead Halter's enterprise Key Account program in Queensland. We're looking for someone with proven management capability, deep account growth expertise, commercial edge, and the ability to inspire a team while driving real customer outcomes.

• Build and lead the Queensland KAM team from the ground up.
• Develop the strategy, team structure, and playbooks that scale Halter's presence with large enterprise cattle producers across Queensland.
• Lead a team of Key Account Managers managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
• Own the growth strategy and manage key relationships at all levels.
• Ensure enterprise partners realize the full value of their investment.
• Thrive in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment.
• Frequent travel across Queensland and Northern Territory is required.
