[Hiring] Director of Client Strategy @Remote Talent LATAM

Role Description

We are seeking an articulate, charismatic, and business-minded Director of Client Strategy to lead client strategy, retention, and team performance across a portfolio of 15–20 B2B accounts.

In this leadership role, you will work closely with senior marketing leaders, including CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and founders, ensuring their marketing and video strategies translate into measurable business outcomes.

You will serve as a strategic advisor and executive-level point of contact, not a hands-on video producer. You will lead client conversations, identify growth opportunities, guide marketing strategy, and manage a team of approximately seven Producers responsible for day-to-day execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive client calls, strategic presentations, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) across a portfolio of 15–20 accounts.
• Evaluate clients' digital marketing ecosystems, including websites, paid advertising, organic social, email, sales enablement, and events, to identify strategic opportunities.
• Translate business objectives into actionable marketing, content, and video strategies.
• Connect creative and content initiatives to measurable business outcomes, including pipeline, conversions, and revenue.
• Own client relationships, account health, contract renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate approximately seven Producers through bi-weekly one-on-ones, performance reviews, and ongoing guidance.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Production, Head of Paid Media, and other leadership team members to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution.
• Provide high-level creative and messaging direction, ensuring client deliverables align with brand standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, digital marketing, or agency client services, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience leading client relationships, managing multiple accounts, and driving client retention.
• Ability to develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, customer acquisition, and marketing funnels.
• Experience connecting marketing initiatives to measurable business outcomes, such as pipeline, conversions, and revenue.
• Demonstrated people management experience, including mentoring, conducting one-on-ones, and evaluating team performance.
• Exceptional English communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills, with the ability to confidently lead conversations with U.S. C-suite executives.
• Broad knowledge of digital marketing disciplines such as paid social, content marketing, SEO, or email marketing.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with video marketing, podcasting, or content production workflows.
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and content workflows.

Requirements

• Salary: Competitive monthly compensation starting at $5,000 and negotiable based on depth experience and fit.
• Contract: Independent Contractor
• Paid Time Off: 15 days of PTO after successfully completing a 90-day probationary period.
• Additional U.S. Holidays: 15 paid days off throughout the year in observance of U.S. holidays, including a full week off during Christmas week.
