[Hiring] Client Success Manager / Google Ads Specialist @Limitless Agency

Role Description

This is a true hybrid role: roughly half hands-on Google Ads management and half Client Success and Account Management.

• You will own approximately 20–25 client relationships and their Google Ads accounts, representing roughly USD $100,000 in combined monthly ad spend.
• You’ll deliver campaign results and communicate strategy directly to clients, taking day-to-day campaign and account management off the founder’s plate.
• As the agency scales, this position may evolve into a dedicated Client Success role, with Google Ads execution moving to a separate specialist.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, particularly Google Search PPC for lead generation.
• At least 1–2+ years of direct, proactive client-facing experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar agency role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage paid search delivery and client relationships simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads Search, Google Tag Manager, Google Tag Assistant, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience with CRM systems, client communication platforms, and project-management tools.
• Reliable internet and power, a stable professional track record, and the ability to work independently during the required hours.
• Based in Canada, LATAM/Mexico, South Africa, or the U.S.

Requirements

• Personally manage lead-generation Google Search campaigns end to end.
• Implement, test, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Tag Assistant, and Google Ads.
• Conduct systematic account audits and monitor key performance metrics.
• Document findings, adjustments, and next steps, and proactively resolve performance issues.
• Own relationships with approximately 20–25 clients, holding proactive check-ins about every two weeks.
• Explain results and translate marketing data into practical business recommendations.
• Track client health, spot dissatisfaction and churn risks early, and support client retention.
• Coordinate with specialists to resolve client issues and follow through on commitments.
• Maintain timely client communication, clear account notes, accurate CRM records, and organized project follow-up.
• Improve reporting, handoffs, client communication practices, and repeatable processes as the business scales.
