Responsibilities

• Driving Sales Growth:
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, grow customer spend and maximise profitability across product categories.
• Building Strong Relationships:
  • Develop trusted customer partnerships that encourage loyalty, retention and long-term business growth.
• Winning Back Customers:
  • Re-engage lapsed customers and turn missed opportunities into profitable sales.
• Spotting New Opportunities:
  • Identify potential new business and work closely with colleagues to convert leads into successful accounts.
• Using Data to Win:
  • Analyse sales performance, margins, customer trends and market insights to make commercially smart decisions.
• Delivering Results:
  • Work towards KPIs and sales targets while maximising customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Managing Accounts Effectively:
  • Monitor customer activity, identify risks and develop account plans that support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, telesales or a structured sales environment.
• A proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results in a competitive marketplace.
• Excellent communication, active listening and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and a good understanding of commercial opportunities.
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• The ability to analyse information, identify opportunities and turn insights into action.
• A positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Energy, ambition and a genuine desire to succeed.
