[Hiring] Account Manager @D7Networks

Role Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Sales team and help expand our international customer base. This role combines account management with new business development, focusing on building long-term customer relationships, onboarding Resellers and Enterprise customers, and generating consistent, recurring business.

Location: Remote, preferably within European time zones

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow major customer accounts in collaboration with senior management.
• Identify, develop, and onboard new Enterprise customers and Resellers.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across international markets.
• Focus on generating recurring, free-flow traffic rather than relying primarily on one-off deals or return traffic.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase customer traffic and profitability.
• Develop new business opportunities and convert prospects into active customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements and business growth.
• Take ownership of account development, revenue growth, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Experience in CPaaS, A2P SMS, Business Messaging.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A commercial mindset with a focus on recurring revenue and profitability.
• A proactive approach to prospecting, customer acquisition, and account growth.
• Ability to work independently and manage international customer relationships.
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and execution skills.
