[Hiring] Client Services Manager @RAS Companies

Role Description

RAS is looking for a Client Services Manager who will be responsible for building and nurturing strong professional business relationships with our clients. This role will:

• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Serve as a point of contact
• Coordinate with internal staff members
• Ensure top-notch client satisfaction

This position offers a home-based work opportunity. The successful candidate must reside in one of the following states: SD, IA, or MO. Frequent travel with some overnight stays will be required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of workers’ compensation claims handling experience is required
• Experience in working with Third Party Administrators (TPA) clients is preferred
• Multi-functional experience in claims management, claims administration and/or account management is desirable
• Proven decision making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid drivers’ license required
