[Hiring] Client Operations Lead @Anavah Talent

Role Description

Anavah Talent is looking for a Client Operations Lead to own the client experience and keep hiring engagements moving from kickoff through successful placement. This is a high-ownership role combining client success, project management, recruitment delivery, and operations.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Leading client kickoffs
• Monitoring hiring pipelines
• Coordinating with recruiters
• Facilitating interview scheduling and feedback
• Following up on outstanding actions
• Providing proactive client updates
• Improving delivery workflows
• Building SOPs
• Maintaining dashboards
• Identifying opportunities to reduce manual work through better processes and automation

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Client Success, Account Management, Project Management, Recruitment Operations, or a similar role
• Experience managing multiple clients or complex projects simultaneously
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally without direct authority
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Requirements

• Recruiting, staffing, executive search, or HR services experience
• Startup or professional services experience
• Experience with Workable, Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Experience creating SOPs, dashboards, or operational workflows
• Familiarity with AI and workflow automation tools
