Role Description

Within our Envision Medical Communications team, this role oversees a diverse portfolio of global client accounts, delivering strategic programmes across publications and medical communications. You'll provide senior client oversight, drive portfolio growth, and work closely with scientific and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

As an Associate Director, Client Engagement, you'll:

Qualifications

• Significant experience within a medical communications agency is essential, with a strong background in publications and medical affairs.
• Proven experience leading a portfolio of global client accounts, with responsibility for strategic planning, programme delivery, and account growth.
• Demonstrated success building trusted client relationships and acting as a strategic advisor to clients.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
• Strong commercial acumen, including financial management, forecasting, resource planning, and portfolio profitability.
• Experience contributing to proposals, pitches, and new business development, with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth.
• Confidence partnering with scientific leadership and collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary, global teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of client service and operational excellence.
