[Hiring] Associate Director - Field Marketing @Sprinto

Role Description

Your mission is to turn valuable customer conversations into a predictable, growing source of pipeline for Sprinto.

• Own the global field marketing strategy across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
• Decide where Sprinto shows up, whom to bring together, and where every field dollar goes.
• Report to the Head of Marketing and lead three regional field marketers.
• Own GRC Hub and Secure Circle, our CISO peer group.
• Build the strategy, systems, and team while staying close to execution.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in B2B marketing, including 5+ in SaaS field or regional marketing.
• 3+ years managing field marketers, ideally across regions.
• Experience connecting programs to commercial outcomes.
• Understanding of different markets and buyers.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with Sales, SDRs, and Partners.
• Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC is a plus.

Requirements

• Own multi-region budgets and pipeline targets.
• Demonstrate program ROI and comfortable building analysis in HubSpot.
• Run programs in at least two of the US, UK/Europe, Middle East, or India/APAC.
• Build, learn, and adapt quickly through ambiguity.
