Role Description

A good loyalty partnership gives customers a reason to buy. A great salesperson gives businesses a reason to get started.

Now we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who can turn qualified leads into signed business.

You’ll report directly to Elmo Hagendorf, our Head of Partnerships, and join an international team of loyalty enthusiasts, creative thinkers and people who get things done.

Your mission:

• Own the sales process from qualified opportunity through discovery, solution development, proposal, negotiation and close.
• Understand your customers, who are small and medium-sized businesses looking for a compelling way to attract customers, increase spending and bring people back.
• Find the right loyalty use case and make the decision commercially convincing.

What you’ll do:

• Lead discovery that gets somewhere.
• Understand the customer’s business model, audience, priorities and buying process.
• Ask the questions that uncover a real opportunity.
• Make loyalty tangible by showing how miles and points can support specific business goals.
• Own the close by running presentations, shaping proposals, handling objections, negotiating commercial terms and securing agreements.
• Keep deals moving by agreeing on clear next steps and involving the right decision-makers.
• Manage your pipeline by keeping HubSpot accurate and building forecasts grounded in actual happenings.
• Work smart with AI tools for research, meeting preparation, follow-up and pipeline insights.
• Set Customer Success up to win by handing over the customer’s objectives and commitments.
• Help us get better by sharing insights on what wins deals and where prospects hesitate.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience, with a proven record of winning new business.
• Experience selling from the provider side of the Loyalty, CRM or Marketing industry.
• Personal ownership of deals from discovery through signed agreement.
• Experience selling to SMEs and managing multiple opportunities at different stages.
• The ability to explain loyalty in plain commercial terms and connect it to a customer’s economics.
• Fluent in German and English, with confident presentation and communication skills in both.
• Strong CRM discipline and practical confidence using AI tools in daily work.
• Curiosity to understand a business before pitching it.
• Persistence to keep a promising deal moving.
• Willingness to take coaching seriously and share what you learn.
• Enjoyment of winning as a team.
