Role Description

The Associate Director, Marketing, Nordics is the strategic leadership role for the Oncology portfolio, responsible for the integrated management of product launches, brand and omnichannel strategy across the entire Customer Engagement System.

• Ensures that strategic objectives are translated into effective, data-driven and customer-centric initiatives.
• Acts as the connecting leadership function across Product Management, Omnichannel Management, Field Force, Medical Affairs, and other Customer-Facing functions.
• Orchestrates performance, strategic direction, continued development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintains close alignment with the European Marketing and Omnichannel organization.
• Enables an agile, cross-functional and data-driven Commercial System.

Qualifications

• University degree in Natural Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business Administration or a comparable field.
• 8+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles in the oncology space.
• Experience leading product launches and management, omnichannel management, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience working within international and/or European Marketing organizations.
• Strong understanding of modern digital and data-driven Marketing models.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills within complex cross-functional environments.
• Strong ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver against tight timelines.
• Willingness to travel within the Nordics and Europe as needed.
