[Hiring] Account Manager @B&R Industrial Automation GmbH

Role Description

In this role, you will build and expand important customer relationships while developing new business opportunities throughout Ireland, blending account management with sales and market growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers and key system integrator accounts across Ireland.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and identify opportunities to increase business with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with system integrators, consultants, M&E contractors, and end customers.
• Develop connections with design engineers and other key stakeholders to help shape project specifications and highlight ABB solutions.
• Develop business opportunities across new construction, renovation, upgrade and replacement projects.
• Partner with technical teams and other ABB divisions to create customer solutions and expand market opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development or a similar commercial role.
• Technical background in HVAC, HVAC Controls, BMS or Mechanical Engineering with relevant HVAC experience.
• Deep knowledge of the HVAC and BMS market, along with a well-established professional network in the industry.
• Demonstrated skill in building and sustaining relationships with system integrators, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Opportunity-focused and self-motivated approach to sales, with a solid focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Ireland.
