• Develops, edits, and maintains technical documents to support full enterprise IT management.
• Writes and edits technical documentation for all the project’s hardware and software, including:
  • Installation
  • Configuration
  • How-to documentation
  • Transition documentation
• Prepares, reviews, revises, and maintains technical documents including:
  • Software and systems engineering
  • System operations
  • Testing
  • User documentation
• Provides advice for the development of processes for crafting and refining ideas, cultivating sources, and developing highly complex articles.
• Collaborates closely with technical teams to deliver appropriate and highly complex content.
• Identifies and modifies complex contextual errors, reorganizing content, and editing graphics, tables, and illustrations.
• Produces implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities, providing data definition and data flow documentation and formatting technical publications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Travel: Approximately 10%
