[Hiring] Technical Writer @Remote World

Role Description

You'll write and maintain the technical documentation that developers use to get started with and get the most out of the platform. Working closely with engineers and the developer relations team, you'll write guides, API references, tutorials and release notes – and continuously improve them based on community feedback.

• Write clear how-to guides and quickstart tutorials for new users
• Maintain and update the API reference documentation
• Write release notes for each product update
• Review documentation pull requests from community contributors
• Identify and fix gaps in the docs based on Discord and GitHub issue trends

Qualifications

• You can explain technical concepts clearly to developers in writing
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python or Go)
• Experience writing structured technical documentation or developer content
• Comfortable with Markdown and docs-as-code workflows (Git)
• Excellent async written communication – writing is your main tool

Requirements

• Experience with documentation platforms (Docusaurus, ReadMe or MkDocs)
• Familiarity with OpenAPI-based API reference generation
