Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Technical Copywriter to produce high-quality content that simplifies complex technical concepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and marketing, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing teams to create compelling content that enhances our brand and educates our customers.
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging content, including help center articles, blog posts, product descriptions, case studies, website copy, and technical documentation.
- Translate complex technical information into accessible, user-friendly material.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and technical depth in content.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with product and marketing strategies.
- Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all technical content.
- Research industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of content needs.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, coherence, and correctness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a technical copywriter, content writer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts in Blockchain and Bitcoin technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and writing tools.
- Experience working in a tech-driven industry or with SaaS products.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of popular programming languages is a plus.
