Role Description
The Senior Technical Writer for Business Intelligence will play a crucial role in developing and overseeing the communication infrastructure for the Business Intelligence (BI) department, ensuring clear and effective communication within the BI department and across the organization. This role involves:

Crafting comprehensive release notes, change notifications, and updates for the BI website.

Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and managing distribution lists.

Collaborating closely with BI teams to understand technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.

Upholding consistent standards of clarity, accuracy, and accessibility in all communication efforts.

Independently managing projects and building comprehensive communication frameworks to support BI initiatives.
Qualifications

5 to 7 years of experience.

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.

Proven working experience in technical writing.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (all products).

Demonstrated skill in written communication including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Experience writing for healthcare applications is highly preferred, but not necessary.

Ability to work and communicate with a team in an online collaboration platform.

Ability to follow style guides.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team.

Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
Requirements

This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.

This role pays between $84,000-126,000 based on experience.
