Role Description

Wealthfront is looking for a Senior Content Designer to help chart the future vision of Home Lending. This role will be joining a tight team of very senior content and product designers.

Passion and/or experience building consumer financial technology products is highly desirable.

This role will collaborate closely with:

• Product design
• User research
• Product management
• Engineering
• Legal and compliance

You’ll be expected to drive content-led initiatives that are:

• Relevant
• Aligned with product and company strategy
• Important priorities on the roadmap

You’re interested in understanding client behavior and are motivated to craft content that speaks to clients emotionally, as well as rationally.

You will also partner with our creative brand team to:

• Craft our brand voice and tone
• Bring it to life across our product experiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years of content design experience in a consumer software company; experience in building financial technology products is a plus.
• A portfolio that demonstrates how clear communication can make or break a product experience.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects across teams.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across disciplines and with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to define and execute content design strategies for your team’s products and features.
• Understanding of UX design principles and best practices for mobile and web.
• Deep curiosity and interest in fintech.
