Role Description

We are creators, creative industry rogues, and SuperBowl stars. We are not just on the internet; we are creating the stuff the internet wants to see. We’re insane for what we do and the people we do it with. We move so fast and make so much good stuff that we can’t even keep up with ourselves. So, we need more folks just like us, the unconventional, less-obvious, unseasoned (or over seasoned) creative pros. But above all - passionate makers and culture shakers.

You must LOVE all things social, especially TikTok, already on multiple platforms and be passionate about the role social can play in building brands and connecting to audiences in an authentic way. This isn’t a role for people who like to take 6 months to develop one piece of creative. This is an always-on role that moves daily and will put you at the epicenter of culture.

Here’s where you come in…

• Ideate and conceptualise high-engaging thinking that reflects brand's aesthetic and style guidelines; maintaining aesthetic, tone, and brand consistency across all deliverables across a variety of clients and industries.
• Uses and creates on social media daily.
• Has an ability to make relevant content across all platforms and has extraordinary skills in at least one if not all of these: design, video editing, motion design.
• Shows a demonstrable passion, curiosity, and experience in making creative content on social media platforms: Tweets, TikToks, Instagram visuals, YouTube edits, etc.
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (creative, client services, and strategy) to develop the best possible creative ideas that hits all criteria (client briefs, feedback, client KPIs).
• Consistently produce ideas and campaigns with impact on brief, on time and across any media without constant oversight.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop a high variety of ideas that meets creative and strategic criteria (client briefs, feedback, client KPIs).
• Gather learnings and insights to make relevant recommendations to keep improving and making better work.
• Able to present with growing confidence to your team, senior clients, new biz, to agency and creative leaders.

Qualifications

• Mastering the ability to turn any branded content into a volume of social gold (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.).
• Professional creative experience, with a demonstrable passion for making creative content.
• Significant advertising experience in agency or similar environments, developing and creating TTL, digital and platform specific social campaigns.
• Advanced experience in adobe packages and able to execute, as well as conceptualise (ideation and creation).
• Strong passion for all things social, digital and creative, with a keen interest in new platforms, technologies and innovation across our industry and the creative landscape.
• Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with the wider team during pitches and presentations.
• Ability to produce work to a high standard quickly and professionally with attention to detail.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, and a commitment to delivering best practice and value.
