Role Description

At Aoka, you won’t just be writing proposals — you’ll play a key role in helping us win and deliver impactful public sector projects across the country. This is a high-visibility role working directly with leadership, where your work directly influences growth and opportunity.

• Lead and support proposal development for federal, state, and local opportunities
• Turn technical and operational input into clear, compelling, and compliant proposals
• Ensure alignment with RFP/RFQ requirements and evaluation criteria
• Collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams
• Help strengthen our proposal processes, content library, and win strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal proposal writing experience
• Strong understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation)
• Strong writing and storytelling ability with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a part-time role
• Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States

Requirements

• Part-time (10–25 hours per week, depending on workload)
• Fully remote (U.S.-based only)
• Flexible schedule with deadline-driven work
